The "Property" means that part of PIN 73451-0240 shown for identification purposes as Part 3 on Plan 53R-22197, Municipality of French River, District of Sudbury, subject to final consent under the Planning Act and completion of all requirements necessary to permit its lawful conveyance as a separate parcel.
